Conservative Party conference- 2021
Sunday 3rd October – Wednesday 6th October
The Tory Party will be holding their annual party conference in Manchester this year.
Friends of the Earth will be raising awareness of climate-wreaking projects that threaten the UK’s reputation as we host the UN climate talks in Glasgow later this year. Further detail on the project is available, including the Whitehaven Coal Mine, Cambo Oil Field, the gas pipeline in Mozambique and Horse Hill, Surrey’s Oil project.

Sunday 3rd October – Rally Manchester City Centre – starting at 12 noon from Whitworth Park, Oxford Road – meet from 11.30am with the ‘climate block’ near the hospital railings opposite the Whitworth Park on Oxford Road.
Sunday 3rd October – Social at the Ox Pub, Liverpool Road, Castlefield, M3 4NQ from 4pm
Monday 4th October – Join our action in the morning as we demand that the Government stops supporting fossil fuel projects.
