Pete Owen has been the owner of an allotment for the last 15 years, growing a range of fruit and vegetables. Pete will show you how to make the most of the space you have. Understand how you can save time and money when watering and feeding your plants.

• A practical demonstration on growing your own food
• The stages of growing seeds to transplanting in the ground
