Manchester Day Parade

Manchester Day Parade – Going Global Going Dutch

On Sunday 22nd June we joined Manchester Day Parade, coordinating the Bike Bloc with our giant Dutch cycling puppet at the helm. More than 50 joined the group, dressed in green and adorned with flags from around the world. We cycled for an hour through the crowds watching the parade on an amazingly sunny afternoon. The message is clear: there is a lot that Manchester can learn from cycling cities around the world. Thanks to all those who helped make this event successful.
