Starting at 1030 am at the Clarence Park car park Milner Road, Bury. The route is along safe cycle paths and quiet roads, easy for beginners. Children are welcome but they must be able to complete the route independently and they must wear a helmet. If you have a child seat this would be suitable but not for a trailer, as the paths can be narrow at times.

Coffee break when you finish! So bring a few pounds along. We will head to the Green CafĂ© at Clarence Park. Make sure you arrive with a road worthy bike, pumped up tyres and bright clothing to be visible, worthy of the weather. Its worth getting your bike checked out if you haven’t used it for a while and get advice about the best seat height and fit for a comfortable ride.
