his is an almost flat route that is mainly on cycle paths on the Bridgewater Canal and the TPT. There will also be a short section of roads when we head into Lymm for refreshments at a cafe.
We always ride at a pace to suit everyone so no one is left behind and there will be lots of time to chat with old friends and new.

Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit in case of a puncture and a bottle of water to drink is always handy. You will need some money for a drink and refreshments at the cafe. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
