Starting from the car park at Halfords on Manchester Road we pick up the cycle path that takes us over St Peter’s Way and then onto the old railway viaduct at Darcy Lever.

We continue through Leverhulme Park towards The Sparking Clog where we can stop for refreshments before we return back along the same route to our starting point. This route gently meanders along new cycle paths that are flat and welcoming.
