Cycle-friendly junctions (for Deansgate)

How can junctions be redesigned so people can feel and be safe when cycling?

Most collisions happen at or near junctions, and they’re also where congestion occurs and space is most at a premium.

Come along to this workshop where we’ll have a presentation and discussion to consider the various types of junction treatment that can enable more cycling with more safety. We’ll look at examples from London, the rest of the UK and beyond, and consider which treatments might best suit each junction on Deansgate.
