Dukinfield Cycling Club Runs – ‘A’ Rides
Each weeks club runs are set by the club captain, take place on a Sunday and usually start at 9:30. The ‘A’ runs usually cover around 60 miles if the ride is hilly or 70 miles if we are on the flat, with a stop at a cafe for lunch. We usually ride at around 16-17mph on the flat so its a good steady pace but not a ‘training ride’ pace. Expect to be back home at around 4pm. If you’d like to join us one Sunday we’d be delighted to have you along and more importantly, we’ll look after you, and not leave you behind!

The ‘B’ run is generally attended by the more senior members of the club (Think ‘Last of the summer wine’ on bikes). The ‘B’ runs start at 10am and are usually on the flat (Cheshire) and ride at about 14-15mph.
