Early morning rides (Breeze Ride)

Not cycled for a while and looking for an easy way to get back in the saddle? Fancy a fun way to get your friends riding? Our Easygoing rides are great for building confidence for all abilities and ages along relaxed, mostly traffic-free routes. They’re up to six miles long, with a gentle pace of around six miles an hour.

At just over five miles this ride takes in many views of Manchester – Debdale Park, Lower Gorton Reservoirs, Ashton Canal & Locks, and a view of Manchester City Football Club. The ride starts and ends at the famous Manchester National Cycling Centre (opposite Manchester City’s stadium), home to British Cycling and the SKY GB Cycling Team. This is a traffic-free route with a couple of roads at the end. A good way to introduce new riders to a range of terrains.

Don’t forget your cycling essentials – Inner tube or puncture repair kit, money for brew and dressed to suit the weather.

Places are limited so please book online.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is listed in our cycling events calendar for Greater Manchester.
