This ride series starts at the Heaton Park Lakeside Café and ends there for a coffee break for anyone with time to stay. All levels of rider will be catered for but please check the ride route and distance, ensure you and your bike are able to complete the ride.

Please male sure you dress appropriately for the weather, use lights and a helmet, as the routes include some main Manchester roads. Bring essential equipment for punctures such as a spare inner tube for your bike and appropriate pump. Everyone is expected to support each other in the event of any problems. Cycling is a friendly sport!

The route shown is a typical local route through Middleton, Whitefield and Radcliffe, but other routes will aim to cover other areas of Manchester and can be posted near the time of the ride. Route suggestions always welcome.
