GMCC Workshop: Mayoral Cycling Commitments part II

On 4 May 2017 the people of Greater Manchester will vote for its first elected Mayor. The new #GMMayor will lead the Greater Manchester Combined Authority which has various powers including planning and transport strategy.

Greater Manchester Cycling Campaign wants all candidates to make cycling commitments in their manifestos, and we want you to help us shape what those commitments should be.

Following-on from our January workshop on this topic we will provide updates then consider the candidates’ manifestos, GMCC’s vision for cycling in Greater Manchester and what more we need the mayoral candidates to commit to in order to ensure Greater Manchester becomes a truly great place to cycle in.
Please arrive from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Please RSVP on the Facebook event page  or via the Eventbrite page:

PLEASE NOTE: This event is listed in our cycling events calendar for Greater Manchester.
