The course takes place with a qualified instructor in a safe, off-road environment and lasts around two hours. The course will cover:

  • Getting on your bike, balancing and getting off again
  • Starting and stopping
  • Using the bike’s gears
  • How to look, signal and turn
  • Steering your bike and stopping quickly if you need to
  • Pre ride bike checks

Access the park via the main entrance on Queens Park Road and head directly to the fountain

Bikes and helmets will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please note that these courses are only open to adults (16+).
