Rochdale Cycling Club – Saturday rides (Long rides)

The First and Third Saturday of every month will be a long rides. All Rides Leave at 9:30 am. Please arrive by 8:45am to collect bikes and helmets etc. for the ride. (If you arrive at 9:00 you will be too late to get a bike.)

We cater for the underprivileged, especially children, many of ethnic origin, physically disabled riders and cyclists with learning difficulties. The club has a wide range of bicycles and specialized equipment which are loaned free of charge for the rides. These range from Tandems for the use of visually impaired riders, trailer bikes to accommodate children from four years old, electric bikes and rickshaws for those not fit enough to ride a normal bike, and even one five seater bike on which an adult can take out four children.
