Social for Greater Manchester Activists – sponsored by NEON (New Economy Organisers’ Network)
An initiative to create a branch of “neon” the New Economy Organisers’ Network in Greater Manchester. This will be launched at a day social event for Greater Manchester’s activist community, on Saturday 30 April, featuring food, drink and film, to interact on a personal level so that we can better support each other in our many and diverse campaigns for social, economic and environmental justice.
Meet and get to know organisers from 38 Degrees, Positive Money, Steady State Manchester, Post Cash Economics, Church Action on Poverty, Assemblies for Democracy, Unlock Democracy, Peoples Assembly, Referendum for Democratic Devolution, Just Change, Equality NW, The People’s Plan, Friends of the Earth and many, many more
