Less meat, less junk, more plants.

Making small changes to what we eat can improve our health. It will also help ensure that future generations have enough food to eat.

I’m pledging to Eat Better.

That means:

  • Eating less – but better – meat, fish and dairy
  • Eating less junk and processed food
  • Eating more plants, especially proteins like beans and pulses
  • Reducing food waste
  • Demanding the Government and food industry act to make it easy and affordable for everyone to Eat Better.
