Recipe Competition – Katy Carlisle – Beet & Potato Pie

The pastry 200g flour, 100g butter, a bit of salt and a tiny bit of water
Dice a few potatoes – cook them for 5 mins or so
Chop an onion – fry them for a few mins.
Dice 3 beetroot – add them to the onions.
Add a bit of water, some stock and (even if you hate it some marmite – seriously I hate it but its essential).
Cook until its a bit thicker.
Add the potatoes, make pies or pasties using the pastry and cook in an oven.
