Bringing Flowers to the people – All in Favour vote Grow Wild!
The Grow Wild campaign has been short-listed for the 2016 national lottery awards in the environment category. Grow Wild is the campaign run by Kew London helping people to use wildflowers creatively nationwide, and led to the successful Tale of Two Cities project in Manchester and Liverpool.
Manchester Friends of the Earth supported the Tale of Two Cities project in the national vote back in November 2014. Local group members have also been involved in helping to plant the wildflowers in Manchester and Liverpool and in February this year Grow Wild distributed thousands of packs of wildflower seeds across the country.
It would be great if you could help us spread the news and ask people to vote and help the Grow Wild project be recognised nationally. Vote Wild…. vote Grow Wild! or call 0844 836 9678.
Voting ends at midnight on 20th July
