Sourdough September is when the Real Bread Campaign goes on a mission to help everyone discover that: life’s sweeter with sourdough!
First, you will need to create a sourdough starter, which is not difficult but requires a little patience and a kilner jar. So to hit the ground running in September, you might want to start your starter early . . .
- Strong White Flour
- warm water
- 1 litre kilner jar required
Once established you can share your sourdough mix with family and friends.
