Actions for November/ December

Mozambique Day of Action 7th December

On the 7th December Friends of the Earth will be holding a day of action across the Country to coincide with a court case regarding the UK Government’s funding of a fossil fuel project in Mozambique.

We plan to ask our MPs to oppose the Government’s support of this project.. if you would like to get involved please get in touch by emailing and see here for more information about the project.

Asking MPs to Fund Retrofitting

Retrofitting our homes and buildings is going to be vital to reduce carbon emissions and reduce fuel poverty and yet the Government has no plan to tackle this problem adequately. In 2022 we are hoping to work with Hope for the Future to engage with our MPs across Greater Manchester to demand a better plan and funding for energy efficient homes.

If you would like to join us – please get in touch.
