Yes I would ask officers to look into the practicality of this. I think it’s an ideal but it may not be practical given the overall problems of congestion and parking.

Yes I’m very much in favour of this although it may be that only national legislation can bring this about.

I don’t know enough about this issue. Of course air emissions must be reduced but do we have the technology to do it and maintain business and leisure air travel?

Do you support the introduction of a GM-wide building standard for all new developments to be zero-carbon and climate resilient?

Yes I do support this but I think it will require national government legislation to achieve it. I don’t think the National Planning Policy Framework currently out for consultation encourages it.
