Yes as long as the fund is solvent
Walking and Cycling
Doesn't go far enough. More has to be done about safety to get people to cycle.
Air Quality
But we should only use them at schools which need it. Some schools it is unnecessary or impractical due other local businesses that already have parking.
Biodiversity

Yes but biodegradable plastics should considered an acceptable replacement
Aviation

We need to balance ensuring that we don't lose out on trade and visitors to the city. We should reduce the quantity of cargo coming through the airport as well as supporting reducing emissions from Individual aircraft
Energy Efficiency
Yes but we need to ensure that houses are affordable still. New social housing should take a lead on being zero carbon
