Eco-Renovation for Builders (online)

Do you work in construction and want to branch out into eco-improvements or perhaps you’re a member of an eco-group and want to help contractors in your area meet demand for retrofit?

Open to all, our new, four part, virtual Eco-Renovation course is run by industry expert Nick Parsons.

FOR: The course focuses on fabric aspects of domestic retrofit work and is designed for general builders and joiners, also relevant to architects and consultants keen to understand retrofit from the contractor perspective and householders who are competent or keen DIY-ers.

Each ninety minute virtual, Zoom-based session tackles a different aspect of retrofit to build all round competency & understanding:

1 – Understanding retrofit, the drivers and approaches
2 – Taking airtightness seriously
3 – Doing insulation well
4 – Considerations & Standards for Retrofit

Practical session:

  • Saturday 12th December10am – 12.00 noon. This will be a covid safe session in Islington Mill, Salford.

Attendees must complete all online sessions to receive a certificate of attendance.
