Amberswood Amble (Breeze Ride)

Nice, easy ride to get you started on your biking career, also suitable for children not used to big distances or just getting to grips with cycling. Small group to get you started and the ride is traffic free with hard packed gravel paths taking in loops of Amberswood Pond making the distance very short. This ride is also suitable for bikes with tagalongs or trailers and is a nice flat purpose built cycle path, with lots of wildlife to see along the way.

There is no cafe stop during the ride but we will finish at Hockery Brook were we can buy a drink. Feel free to bring along snacks and drinks for the duration and it is advised to bring along a spare inner tube just in case.

Helmets are advised to be worn but anyone under 18 years of age MUST WEAR A HELMET OR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PART.

Places are limited so please book online.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is listed in our cycling events calendar for Greater Manchester. It is not organised by Manchester Friends of the Earth nor the Love Your Bike campaign and does not necessarily reflect their policies.
