Beer & Deer Ride (North West Velo Fest)

A ride to Dunham Massey Brewery and a chance of seeing wild deer, 20 miles of canal and road riding at a leisurely pace.
Meet at 12:00 for a 12:30 start.

An ever-popular event in previous Velo Fests, our Beer & Deer Ride takes us all the way out of the city on a largely car-free route.

If it’s a sunny day, as it has been for the past few years, we’ll sit outside to enjoy some of the numerous beers on offer. It’s a peaceful and pleasant location in the countryside.

Bottles are available to buy to drink immediately or to take away for later.
But it’s a brewery, not a pub – water should be available in addition to all the beers, but don’t expect other drinks or food.

So you might also want to bring something for lunch.
Or you can arrive early and get something from Coffee Cranks Co-op Cafe before we start.

Dunham Massey deer park is just down the road, for those who want to see some of their fallow deer.

Ending back at Alexandra Park (M16 8PJ).
