We will start by taking a main road to the East Lancs road where we will join the cycle paths to Windle Island. We will then turn onto the Rainford Bypass for a short while then turn off onto quieter country roads to our refreshment stop. We will return the same way.

A mixture of roads and cycle paths take us Rainford bound

We will be taking a mixture of busy/quiet roads and cycle paths.

We will have a rest stop en route for a drink and snack at The Cherry Orchid Tearooms and regular hydration stops along the way.

Please bring a spare inner tube, drinks for hydration and a helmet is a necessity whilst we are on the roads.
