Continuing the beginners progress rides. A quick, short 5.5 mile local circuit.

Hybrid bikes are ideal as the route is mixed. Starting off on quiet roads then joining a gravel/sand terrain for a short while before heading back onto quiet country roads. The last mile of the route joins a busy wide road but due to the time of day, the traffic will have eased.

No stops on this ride as its a quick blast before the sun sets.

Lights, helmets and inner tubes are a must. Along with a sense of humour.
