The first of a new series of rides for 2019! FAT LAD&LASS AT THE BACK. Especially created to promote the popular cycle clothing brands ethos of inclusive rides for every shape or size and ability. Run by you local FLambassador, Lucy Cronin, chosen to promote the cause and create a ride especially for those who might not feel like joining cycling clubs or feel other rides may be a bit too challenging at the moment.
If you are an experienced cyclist and fancy the ride, be ready to be encouraging to any beginners and keep at a steady pace. A route suitable for all, along local trails, cycle paths, some roads with cycle paths or quiet estates.

Please make sure you bring a roadworthy bike with fully pumped up tyres, your seat height at the best level for comfort and speed. Get your bike serviced if its been in the shed a while, it will be worth it. Cycling is so much easier of your bike is comfortable! The route is not suitable for slick road bike tyres.
