A mostly flat route, apart from a few bridges, this ride takes us from Urmston to Dunham Massey where we will stop for a well earned rest at Red House Farm. From there we head back to Urmston via Carrington and Flixton. With a mixture of roads and cycle paths this is a ride which has everything.

You will need a bike that is in good working order and the means to fix a puncture – help will always be offered but you should carry a repair kit or spare tube. Helmets are compulsory for under 18s and recommended for everyone else.

The start time is the time the ride will leave – please arrive by 10am so that prerode checks can be carried out.
