Setting out from Tesco car park we’ll head down the Middlebrook Valley Trail passing the Bolton Wanderers Training Academy along the way. We will stop and visit the Artisan Market at Heaton Fold garden centre, have refreshments then continue our journey on traffic free roads roads until we re-join the trail back along the same route to the starting point.
As always, please ensure your are equipped with a helmet, pump, spare inner tube, money for refreshments and plenty of water.

The pace will be set by the slowest rider so why don’t you come along and give it a go!
