Manchester Low Carbon Homes drop-in sessions
Following 2019’s Low Carbon Homes event, the city has committed to developing a retrofit housing plan in time for the 2021 event. This follows the adoption of new science-based climate change targets to become a zero-carbon city by 2038, and the creation of a zero carbon framework by the Manchester Climate Change Agency. The Feb 2021 event will focus on the actions and resources required to deliver the retrofit plan across the city and wider city region, now set to the backdrop of COVID-19 recovery.
