Nature and ageing well in towns and cities (hosted by Manchester Institute for Collaborative Research on Ageing)
Why not get the New Year off to a green, healthy and age-friendly start? You are invited to our end-of-project event on Thursday 9th January
We will be sharing the learning from a three-year project centred on understanding the value and benefits of urban nature for health and wellbeing in later life (www.ghia.org.uk). There will be presentations of findings, talks from our project partners working across Greater Manchester and interactive sessions showcasing our transferable methods and tools. Delegates will also receive a copy of our final report.
Whether you are based in Greater Manchester or not, please join us to discuss bringing together agendas in arts and heritage, green infrastructure, health and wellbeing and age-friendly cities.
A detailed programme will be circulated in December. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
