RIVINGTON RAMBLE – BEGINNERS (Breeze Ride)

This route is perfect for families that want to explore Rivington on their bikes but aren’t comfortable doing this on their own. As it is a beginners ride, the course is fairly flat and stays mainly on bridleways. Due to this, there are a couple of lumps and bumps along the paths but don’t be put off as this makes it more relaxing and fun.

Please ensure you are equipped with a road worthy bike and your brakes and gears are in good working order. A helmet is compulsory for children and is recommended for adults. Children need to be aged 8 and over and fairly confident at riding on their bike as this course isn’t suitable for stabilisers. It would be handy if you carried a spare inner tube, pump and a snack and drink.

This ride is aimed at those who wish to have fun in our great outdoors and who wish to gain confidence on their bike in a very small group.
Don’t say no till you’ve had a go!!

Places are limited so please book online.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is listed in our cycling events calendar for Greater Manchester.
