We will cycle over the TPT to Flixton where we will continue on some quiet roads and cross the Ship Canal at Irlam locks. We will cycle along the cycle track to Peel Green where we will pick up the Port Salford Cycle Way.

This cycle way is a lovely picturesque track which will take us to our coffee/lunch stop at Worsley. After our rest we will return along the Bridgewater Canal

Please bring a spare inner tube, bike lock, helmet and some money for refreshments or snacks/packed lunch
