Stamford Park skedaddle (Breeze Ride)

This is a lovely route through Clayton Vale, Daisy Nook and the pretty village of Woodhouses. There are a couple of short, sharp ‘ups’ on the ride – to get to Woodhouses and past Park Bridge, but the scenery makes it worthwhile, and we’ll soon get onto an old railway line for a nice flat section of the route.

Once we leave the railway line, we join the roads for the last section before the park Bear in mind that I don’t leave anyone behind and am not afraid to get off and walk on any ‘ups’ that get me!

Surface: tarmac, compacted dirt/sand, cobbles (canal (1 small section)), mud

Café stop: Stamford Park

As always, please ensure that you have a helmet (I will not allow riders to participate without one), a lock, puncture repair kit and weather appropriate clothing/sunscreen. Also please bring cash for the café (not sure if they have a card machine),

We never leave anyone behind

Places are limited so please book online
