Zero Carbon City: the challenge and the opportunity (hosted by The Royal Danish Embassy and Design Manchester)

There’s no way around it: we all have to strive for the zero carbon city. Come and join the debate about how we get there at this seminar.

Cities are already the source of the majority of the world’s energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Public and private sector leaders will need to work together to create the sustainable communities of the future, creating greener, safer spaces for people to live and enabling the low carbon economy to thrive.

This event is part of the Liveable City conference, which is jointly organised by the Royal Danish Embassy and Design Manchester with the support of Manchester City Council, Manchester Society of Architects, Manchester School of Architecture and the Design Council.
