Kate’s Peanut Satay

100g peanut butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
pinch of crushed chillis

Serve with rice and stir fried veg (optional) – add cashew nuts – add chicken style quorn – add chick style nuggets (pour sauce over top of rice and nuggets and serve veg on the side)
